Dynamic Controls Inc. recently completed the security and surveillance system for Charter Communications new 1000 person call 
center located at The Crossings at Northwest, formerly Northwest Plaza in St. Ann, MO. The fast-tracked, six month project on the 135,000 square foot call center features a world-class IP video surveillance system comprised of dozens of 5 megapixel 360 degree surveillance cameras to provide complete facility coverage inside and outside of the building. Additionally, DCI installed the access control, door monitoring, and duress alarms. All of the systems are powered through a central Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system which is backed up with a whole facility backup generator.
The Crossings at Northwest is part of the exciting redevelopment project transforming the entire site into a premiere destination for a variety of businesses, including restaurants, retailers, professional office firms, high-tech high-density users, call centers, educational users, medical and government entities.
